The 2023 Summer International Credit Chinese Course Opens
On May 8th, the Summer International Credit Chinese Course (SIC), developed by Online Education College of Beijing Language and Culture University (BLCU), was successfully opened. Students minoring in Chinese at Bob Jones University (BJU) attended this course. In the next two months, they will study Chinese Communication - intermediate level and Chinese Composition - Elementary level online.

BLCU gives Chinese Pocket Books to Winter Olympics Delegations as a Gift
On February 4th, 2022, the 24th Winter Olympic Games was held in Beijing. In order to meet the needs of the athletes and officials to have a better understanding of Chinese culture and to feel the spirits of Beijing Winter Olympics, Beijing Language and Culture University (BLCU) gave 1200 copies of Communicative Chinese Pocket Book for Beijing Winter Olympics as a gift to all Olympic delegations.

The Standard for Chinese Proficiency in International Chinese Language Education issued
The Standard for Chinese Proficiency in International Chinese Language Education (GF0025-2021) (hereinafter referred to as the "Standard") has been issued recently by the Ministry of Education of China and the State Language Commission after the review by the Language and Writing Standards Examination Committee of State Language Commission. The Standard will be formally implemented on July 1, 2021 as the language standards of the State Language Commission.
